We are pleased to announce the availability of a messaging feature in the ICN Al-Falah Academy Course Management System. This feature allows parents and course teachers, TAs and subject team leads to effectively communicate with one another without the hassle of trying to find the respective email addresses and phone numbers.
As a parent or student, you can use this feature as follows after logging in to the CMS:
A. To view messages:
1. On the My Courses page, you will see a Messages block under the Calendar
2. There is a 'Messages' link in the Messages block. Click on the Messages link.
3. A popup window will open with messages that you have not read.
B. To send messages:
1. On the My Courses page, the teacher, TA and TEAM lead name is listed under each course.
2. Click on the name of the person you want to send a message to.
3. Another page will open with the name of the person at the top of the page.
4. Click on the 'Send Message' button.
5. A popup window will open. You can now type in your message and click on 'Send message'.
